District 2 covers Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Seal Beach and parts of Fountain Valley

Mansoor and Steel will speak and answer questions between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. at Halecrest Park Swim & Tennis Club, 3107 Killybrooke Lane in Costa Mesa, according to an announcement from the group.
