Community & Clubs: The clubs are back in town

Share

With the Christmas and New Year’s holidays over, service clubs are meeting again. If one of your New Year’s resolutions was to give back to your community and the world, to make new friends or to grow in public speaking, consider visiting a service club to see if that would be helpful in realizing your goals.

Here is the list of meetings for the next seven days. Most clubs will buy your first meal as they welcome you as a guest. At subsequent meetings, you would need to pay for your own meals. I will have a new listing of club meetings in next Wednesday’s Community & Clubs column. Happy new year!
