Francisco Lopez and Adrian Villicana scored for the Los Amigos High boys’ soccer team in a 2-2 nonleague tie at Bellflower on Wednesday.

Los Amigos (1-0-1) plays on Dec. 4 at home against Portola at 3 p.m.

Cypress 2, Ocean View 1: The Seahawks dropped to 0-2 after Wednesday’s nonleague road match.

Ocean View will be at home against Estancia on Friday at 3 p.m.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

Villa Park 61, Sage Hill 53: Isabel Gomez had a team-high 22 points to go with six assists for the Lightning in their season opener at home on Wednesday.

Zoe Mazakas had 18 points and 10 rebounds, and Emily Elliott added seven points and 13 rebounds.

Sage Hill will play at Bell Gardens on Friday at 5 p.m.

San Juan Hills 56, Corona del Mar 41: Makena Tomlinson had a team-high 16 points for the host Sea Kings on Wednesday in their season opener.

Up next for CdM is another home game against Playa del Rey St. Bernard on Saturday at 5 p.m.

WRESTLING

Corona del Mar went 2-1 in hosting a four-way, round-robin dual meet to open its season on Tuesday.

The Sea Kings defeated Katella 69-12, and Magnolia 60-24. They lost to Downey Warren 45-27.

Sophomore Luke Villaluz (132 pounds), junior Wayne Muse (138), senior Deegan Montalbano (152), junior Danny Reichner (182) and junior Emilio Franco (220) went undefeated for CdM.
