FRESNO — Tori Sarris finished 16th in the 5K race in 19 minutes, 29 seconds to help Newport Harbor High to a third-place finish in the large schools division Saturday at Woodward Park.

Paige Tennyson came in 32nd in 19:57, Leah Van Dyke was 37th in 19:59, Maggie Goodson was 46th in 20:11 and Katherine Maddox came in 48th in 20:12 for the Sailors, who scored 179 points.

West Torrance won with 92 and Carson of Nevada was second with 172 points.
