IRVINE — Aly Squires had 12 kills and Shaina Olsen had 11 kills to help the Anteaters to a 28-26, 25-22, 25-21 Big West Conference win Friday.

Kristin Winkler led UCI (6-9, 1-3 in conference) with 16 digs. Mary Carls had 13 digs and Squires had 10 digs.

Cal Poly is 7-11, 2-3.

IRVINE — Karlee Riggs had 17 kills to help the Pirates to a 25-10, 25-18, 23-25, 25-18 Orange Empire Conference win Friday.

Morgan Link and Dana Nicholson had 11 kills each for OCC (8-1, 3-0 in conference). Allison Lumsden had 45 assists, Andi Frisina had 18 digs and Isabella Emrich had 15 digs for the Pirates, who play host to Santa Ana Wednesday at 6 p.m.

IRVINE — Dana Sanderlin scored in the 20th minute to lift the No. 24-ranked Anteaters to the Big West Conference win Friday.

Lexi Kopf and Cami Privett were credited for the assist on Sanderlin’s first goal of the season.

Goalkeeper Jennifer Randazzo had two saves in her shutout.

UCI (8-3-2, 1-1-1 in conference) outshot the Gauchos, 10-6.
