A federal judge sentenced a Glendale man to five years in prison for tricking or extorting hundreds of women into giving him naked pictures of themselves. Glendale News-Press

Former Lakers and Clippers forward Lamar Odom pleaded no contest Monday through his attorney to one count of driving under the influence and was sentenced to three years of probation and three months of alcohol abuse treatment. Odom, 34, must pay $1,814 in fines in connection with his August arrest by the California Highway Patrol in the San Fernando Valley. Los Angeles Times

Musicians from the Glendale Community College Chamber Music Program will perform a free recital at the Glendale Central Library featuring voice, violin, cello, guitar, clarinet, and piano. A night of great music. Music starts at 7 p.m. 

Be a part of the City of Burbank's Hap Minor Baseball and Ponytail Softball Leagues. Individual sign ups are ongoing until the end of February. To sign up, Burbank residents, grades K through 9 should fill out an interest form. There is no sign up fee but if and when a child is placed on a team, the team is responsible for league fees, uniforms, etc. The Leagues will start in late February and run through June. Sign up at the Olive Recreation Center.
