Bike parade and festival help celebrate Fourth of July in Newport Beach
Independence Day revelers in Newport Beach gathered Wednesday morning for the annual 4th of July is for Families bike parade and community festival on the Balboa Peninsula.
The free festival at Channel Place Park featured food, arts and crafts, carnival games and bounce houses.
