Lantern Festival celebrates Chinese culture

The Pacific Symphony commemorated the end of Lunar New Year festivities with its third annual Lantern Festival on Sunday at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts’ Julianne and George Argyros Plaza in Costa Mesa.

The free event, presented in partnership with the South Coast Chinese Cultural Assn./Irvine Chinese School, included music, Chinese folk dancing, food trucks and a lantern parade.
