Kids get in touch with trucks in Costa Mesa

Families had fun by the truckload Saturday at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa.

Guests at the free Touch-a-Truck event could get an up-close and interactive look at an assortment of construction trucks, vintage cars and emergency vehicles, as well as honk some horns and meet some drivers.

The festivities were in conjunction with the Orange County Market Place, an outdoor mart that runs weekends at the Fair & Event Center, 88 Fair Drive. For more information, visit ocmarketplace.com.
