ONLINE YELLOW PAGES EXPANDING ITS USERS

Newport Beach-based SBN.COM, publisher of the world’s largest yellow

pages directory, announced that it will offer the online yellow pages

service to many Jotter Technologies Inc. users.

Jotter users will be able to access an estimated 50 million businesses

worldwide by clicking on SBN’s Yellow Pages button on the Jotter toolbar,

which will allow them to search for people and businesses from their

desktop.

“Adding the yellow pages to the toolbar is a natural extension to the

time-saving features that Jotter currently provides users,” said Chuck

Fearer, chief executive officer of Jotter. “We’re giving them access to

the largest yellow pages database in existence, and they never have to

leave the toolbar.”

Lee Bridges, vice president for SBN.COM, said the company wanted to

work with Jotter so that it could reach the large and targeted group of

consumers it represents.

Jotter Technologies Inc. and SBN.COM agreed to share in advertising

revenues generated by the directory at its Jotter location.

“In having the director available at its site, Jotter acquires both a

dependable, recurring means for generating new revenue and a valuable

informational resource for customers and visitors to the site,” Bridges

said.

Jotter is described as an Internet user’s personal assistant. It is a

unique desktop toolbar offering features such as automatic form

completion, interactive alerts to remind users about specific dates and

events, personalized news updates and immediate search capabilities.

Headquartered in Mesa Ariz., Jotter Technologies Inc. is an

international cyber company that was founded in 1998 in Alberta, Canada.
