Courtney Brennan of Costa Mesa and Steve Schaack of Westfield,

N.Y., exchanged marriage vows Oct. 9 at the Hilton Waterfront Beach

Resort in Huntington Beach.

The bride is the daughter of the late Erin Brennan, and was raised

by her mother’s family in Costa Mesa. She wore a strapless white silk

Judd Waddell gown with embroidery and beading. The matron of honor

was Lauren Lohman. The bridesmaids were Allison McKibbin, Brooke

Walker, Haylee Coshow and Tiffany Moran.

The bridegroom is the son of Bard and Debbie Schaack of Westfield,

N.Y. The best man was Brendan Chambers and the ushers were John

Herzog, Randy Birney, Hans Smith and Jamie Moore.

The reception was held at the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort. The

couple plans to live in Costa Mesa following a honeymoon to Maui,

Hawaii. The bride is a student working toward a teaching credential

and a master’s degree in education. The bridegroom is a consultant in

the financial services industry.
