Laguna Art Museum is exhibiting “The OsCene: Contemporary Art and

Culture in OC,” “Jody Zellen: Other Places,” “The Many Faces of Roger

Armstrong” and “Surf Culture Redux “ through Feb. 27.

“The OsCene: Contemporary Art and Culture in Orange County,”

exhibit involves diverse media including painting, drawing,

sculpture, photography, multi-media installations, video/film,

sound/music, architecture, fashion and tattoo art.

The next Talk of the Town Lecture is set for 1 p.m. Dec. 5,

featuring “The Spatial Orchestration of Form:uLA Dimension

Laboratory.” Architects and OsCene exhibitors Bryan Cantley and Kevin

O’Donnell will discuss their theoretical architecture influenced by

the vine structure of the kudzu plant.

Additional lectures, panels, film screenings and music

performances are scheduled throughout the exhibit.
