“Step Out for Senior Centers!,” featuring a creek side trail hike,

A widows/widowers support group meets from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesdays

for adults at all stages of loss. Group members share experiences,

hear how others deal with grief, receive support and learn ways to

Temple Judea in Laguna Hills. The third group meets at 1 p.m.
