The annual Ring of Lights decorating competition runs concurrently with the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade. The competition, hosted by the Commodores Club of the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, allows the homes, businesses and yacht clubs lining Newport Harbor to compete for a variety of awards. Decorations went up Dec. 4, and the winners were announced Tuesday night.
