    MONDAYPANCAKE BREAKFASTThe Laguna Beach Exchange Club hosts its annual Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast from 7-10:30 a.m. in Heisler Park at Cliff and Myrtle Streets, sponsored by Las Brisas and The White House restaurants. Proceeds go to the prevention of child abuse and local youth programs. There will be entertainment and Laguna Beach firefighters will be flipping flapjacks. Cost is $5.

    MEMORIAL CEREMONY

    The Laguna Beach American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars will hold a Memorial Day Ceremony to remember fallen American soldiers. The ceremony is at Monument Point in Heisler Park at 11 a.m. There will be a contingent of Marines on hand to perform a 21-gun salute.     MOM’S GROUP

    The Mom’s Group at Laguna Presbyterian Church, 415 Forest Ave., meets Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and is for mothers of young children to discuss parenting issues, family traditions and relationships.     HORTENSE MILLER GARDEN

    The Hortense Miller garden covers 2 1/2 acres of the upper slopes of Boat Canyon and features a range of plants and small-themed gardens.     SENIOR FITNESS

    YOGA IN THE PARK

    Carl Brown, a registered Yoga Alliance instructor, provides a free yoga program at 9 a.m. Monday and Wednesday at the tennis courts at Moulton Meadows Park. For rain days, the class moves to the club house at Laguna Terrace Mobile Home Park (see blog for directions). Students should bring their own mats; additional pads available on a first come basis.     LAUGHTER YOGA

    The Laguna Laughter Club meets Sunday through Friday at 7:45 a.m. and Saturday at 5:30 p.m. on the sand at the northernmost end of Main Beach.
