Beach Pit to hold mixer for chamber

Beach Pit BBQ will host a Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce after-hours mixer from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to the chamber website. Complimentary appetizers will be served at the Beach Pit BBQ, at 1676 Tustin Ave. in Costa Mesa.

Those who arrive early can visit a nearby business, Classy Seconds, which is a new member of the chamber. Classy Seconds, around the conrer on 17^th Street, is an upscale resale store that benefits children and families from violent or broken homes.

Chamber members get in for free, but non-members pay $10.
