Barbara Berg Dodds Feb. 29, 1928 - Sept. 23, 2010

Born Feb. 29,1928 in Gary, Ind., Barbara Berg Dodds passed away peacefully at her Lido Isle home Sept. 23, 2010. Raised in Chicago, she attended the University of Iowa and graduated from the University of Illinois in 1950. She was an active member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Alumnae Assns. in both Wilmette, Ill., and Newport Beach where she had lived since 1977.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Bob; and two sisters, Midge (Warren) Brooker of Duluth, Minn., and Mickie Daisley of Hinsdale, Ill.; and her two daughters, Debbie (John) Verity of Oak Park, Calif., and Carol Burch of Newport Beach; five grandchildren, Lindsay Verity, Jim Verity, Cindy Verity, Becky Burch and Andrew (Cam) Burch; and great-grandson, Henry Burch.

She will be greatly missed and remembered with love by all those who knew her.
