Area 1

Cliff Drive: A male subject was reportedly urinating on vehicles near Broadway Street at 6:41 p.m. May 18. The reporting person made contact with him after he attempted to enter a backyard. Police confirmed he was in his home.

North Coast Highway: A Colorado man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 200 block at 10:10 p.m. May 18.

Locust Street: A woman reported that her neighbor’s dog bit her in the 400 block at 3:44 p.m. May 19. The woman reported that she may go to the hospital. The dog was detained and taken into custody.

Circle Way: A paddleboarder reported that a 25-foot sailboat was 200 meters offshore in Crescent Bay at 7:21 a.m. Tuesday. A line was attached, and no people appeared to be onboard. Harbor Patrol was notified.

North Coast Highway: A woman reported that three men were urinating in public in the 100 block at 5:24 p.m. Tuesday. She said they exposed themselves and were wearing fedoras and tight pants.

North Coast Highway: A Newport Beach man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 1100 block at 11:39 p.m. Tuesday.

Area 2

Laguna Canyon Road: A Laguna Niguel man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 600 block at 1:13 a.m. May 20.

Canyon Acres Drive: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine in the 300 block at 3:20 a.m. Monday. She was held on $20,000 bail.

Area 3

South Coast Highway: A homeless man was reportedly walking in front of a store yelling racial slurs in the 500 block at 12:58 p.m. May 18. The Hesperia resident was arrested for an outstanding warrant in San Bernardino for loitering. His bail was set at $40,000.

Sleepy Hollow Lane: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 600 block at 1:42 p.m. May 18. Two computers were stolen. The loss was estimated at $4,200.

Short Street: A man was reportedly intoxicated and sleeping on the sidewalk in the 600 block at 6:16 p.m. May 20. The Laguna Beach homeless man was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

Glenneyre Street: A woman reported that a male subject followed her home near Legion Street at 8:23 p.m. Saturday. She said he asked her if she wanted to make some money and have fun with him. Thirty minutes later she saw him at a friend’s house. She was advised to call police if she saw him again.

2nd Street: A Newport Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 300 block at 9:40 p.m. Saturday.

Legion Street: A Westminster man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in the 200 block at 1:44 a.m. Wednesday.

Area 4

South Coast Highway: A fight reportedly broke out between a group of men in the 1100 block at 1:35 a.m. May 20. Two Mission Viejo men were arrested for resisting arrest, one had the additional charge of public intoxication.

South Coast Highway: An Oceanside man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI near Cress Street at 6:42 p.m. Saturday. He had one prior DUI conviction.

Area 5

South Coast Highway: A man was arrested near the Montage Resort at 2:17 a.m. May 20. The charges included driving with a suspended license, driving without proper plates and unlawful driving.

Wesley Drive: A Bakersfield man was arrested on suspicion of a DUI near South Coast Highway at 3:06 a.m. Sunday.
