Laguna Canyon Road: A male subject was reportedly throwing rocks on the patio and yelling at himself in the 20400 block at 12:23 a.m. Nov. 11.

Laguna Canyon Road: An Aliso Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:14 a.m. Sunday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Rancho Santa Margarita woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:10 a.m. Monday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A person reported four transient encampments in the 2900 block at 1:27 p.m. Monday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A person was reportedly laying face down behind a vehicle in the 18000 block at 8:08 p.m. Monday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Newport Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 20600 block at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Glenneyre Street: A person reported that they believed a sex offender was parked in front of a church, which is also a school, in the 800 block at 9:43 a.m. Nov. 10. The person reported that the man had been parking outside homes with children and watching them.

Broadway: A Mission Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:00 a.m. Saturday.

Skyline Drive: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 1100 block at 12:04 a.m. Monday.

Oak Street: A Laguna Niguel woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 10:36 p.m. Nov. 11.

Oro Street: A person reported that they believed a man was making cat noises outside their home in the 1000 block at 4:53 p.m. Monday. The person reported that they heard a person come up to the back door and make the noises. He believed it was a male and wanted police to drive by.

Oak Street: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 300 block at 11:42 p.m. Monday.

South Coast Highway: A person reported that a skateboarder was threatening them at a coffee shop in the 1400 block at 11:55 a.m. Wednesday. The person reported that the skateboarder said, “This is my coffee shop,” and banged his skateboard against the ground. The person believes it was racially motivated.

Third Avenue: A Laguna Niguel man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 10:41 p.m. Nov. 10.

South Coast Highway: A Laguna Ranch woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:36 a.m. Saturday.

Coast Highway: A Reseda man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
