Wave Street: A Sunset Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 200 block at 2:34 a.m. June 15.

Area 2

Laguna Canyon Road: Vandalism was reported in the 1700 block at 10:12 a.m. June 13. A person reported that they had a video of a suspect with a pry bar who picked up a cigarette planter and threw it down a stairway. The loss is estimated at $300.

Canyon Acres Drive: A person reported that their neighbor waved goodbye, smiled and then “flipped them off” in the 200 block at 10:59 a.m. June 15.

Canyon Acres Drive: A Nevada man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 12:41 a.m. Saturday.

Canyon Acres Drive: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 3:32 a.m. Saturday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 3:35 a.m. Saturday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Dana Point woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 20600 block at 2:50 a.m. Saturday.

Area 3

Forest Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 200 block at 10:23 a.m. June 13. A woman with a stroller reportedly had store property in a zipped-up bag. The employee reported that they noticed the hanger and asked the woman, who then blamed her toddler. The alarm sounded when she left the store.

Arroyo Chico: A man reported that his wife was seen naked in their backyard, throwing furniture in the pool in the 400 block at 7:05 p.m. June 13.

Ocean Avenue: A person reported that a homeless man in a trench coat was telling the person to “watch his mouth” in the 200 block at 11:37 p.m. June 13. The person said the man identified himself as a sniper and Marine.

Arroyo Chico: A person reported that a woman was throwing things on her balcony and walking around her yard without pants on in the 400 block at 8:56 p.m. June 14. She was also reportedly playing piano until 3 a.m.

Broadway: A Foothill Ranch man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 300 block at 12:52 p.m. Saturday.

Area 4

Oak Street: A skateboarder reportedly flipped his skateboard and hit a parked vehicle near Catalina St. at 6:49 p.m. June 13.

Highland Way: A person reported that unknown suspects were throwing fruit at their house in the 2700 block. The person asked if it was OK to shoot them if he saw them.

Cress Street: A Mission Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI near South Coast Highway at 11:23 p.m. June 15.

Calliope Street: A Dana Point man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:14 a.m. Thursday.

Area 5

Mar Vista Avenue: A person reported that a person was sleeping in a van for more than two weeks in the 31700 block at 11:07 a.m. June 13.

South Coast Highway: A Los Angeles woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 30800 block at 11:22 p.m. June 15.

South Coast Highway: A woman was reportedly having a nervous breakdown, running into the ocean naked in the 30800 block at 7:06 p.m. Saturday. She was reported naked by the first buoy.

Nyes Place: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 3:16 a.m. Sunday.

Nyes Place: A San Francisco woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 3:27 a.m. Sunday.

Nyes Place: A group of 20 juveniles were reportedly “blowing through stop signs” and weaving in and out of traffic near Balboa Avenue at 5:52 p.m. Wednesday. A person reported he almost hit one.
