Hyland Avenue: Vandalism was reported in the 3300 block at 11:18 a.m. Monday.

Bristol Street: Grand theft was reported in the 3300 block at 11:42 a.m. Monday.

Shalimar Drive: Vandalism was reported in the 700 block at 11:47 a.m. Monday.

Anaheim Avenue: Grand theft was reported in the 1900 block at 12:47 p.m. Monday.

Newport Boulevard: Theft was reported in the 1800 block at 2:58 p.m. Monday.

Bristol Street: Theft was reported in the 1300 block at 4:29 p.m. Monday.

South Coast Drive: Vehicle burglary was reported in the 900 block at 5:01 p.m. Monday.

Bristol Street: Commercial burglary was reported in the 3300 block at 6:23 p.m. Monday.

Capella Court: Fraud was reported in the 2000 block at 9:10 p.m. Monday.

16th Street: A fight was reported in the 1900 block at 3:29 p.m. Monday.

Vista del Oro and Vista Cajon: Battery was reported at 4:11 p.m. Monday.

Via Rubino: Vehicle burglary was reported in the 100 block at 6:13 p.m. Monday.

Morning Star Lane: A dead body was reported in the 300 block at 6:37 a.m. Tuesday. Police said there did not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.

Coast Highway and Newport Boulevard: A misdemeanor hit-and-run was reported at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday.
