Ocean Avenue: A caller reported a man screamed at passersby in the 400 block at 4:25 p.m. Monday.

Coast Highway: A caller reported that someone kicked down design plan signs and sticks in the 31400 block at 6:26 p.m. Monday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A caller reported a bicyclist punched her car window at 6:27 p.m. Monday.

Lower Cliff Drive: A caller reported a neighbor tried to break into a residence in the 200 block at 9:34 p.m. Monday.

Dolphin Way: A caller reported that a house and car were egged in the 200 block at 8:33 a.m. Sunday.

Cliff Drive: A caller reported three transients smoked and threw trash in the bushes in the 300 block at 10:49 a.m. Sunday.

Virginia Way and Ninth Avenue: A caller reported someone tagged an electrical box at 10:51 a.m. Sunday.

Temple Hills Drive: A caller reported an iPhone 4 was taken from a car in the 500 block at 12:33 p.m. Sunday.

El Bosque: A bike was reportedly stolen from a driveway in the 400 block at 3:12 p.m. Sunday.

Park Avenue: A caller reported two transients smoked and set up camp in a parking lot in the 300 block at 8:23 p.m. Sunday.

Park Avenue: A caller reported a loud party in the 2400 block at 10:35 p.m. Saturday.

Balboa Avenue: A caller reported that four juveniles lay in the middle of the street and appeared to be intoxicated in the 800 block at 3:27 a.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: A caller reported that someone stole items from his gold Nissan Maxima in the 500 block at 7:05 a.m. Friday. A watch, necklace, earrings and $400 were reported missing.

Forest Avenue: A caller reported that a transient stole road signs and tried to divert traffic in the 200 block at 11:16 a.m. Friday.
