WESTMINSTER — Nick Hefner scored 16 points for the Mustangs in a consolation game of the La Quinta tournament Saturday.

Sean Comer added 15 points for Costa Mesa (2-2), which begins play in the St. Anthony’s tournament Tuesday.

ANAHEIM — Senior Rashad Davis had 27 points and 14 rebounds for the Eagles in a consolation game of the Godinez tournament at Katella High on Saturday. Estancia is 3-2.

CORONA DEL MAR — Corona del Mar High’s Paul Nguyen went 8-0 with eight pins and 24 takedowns in the event that concluded Saturday.

The Sea Kings’ Chris Croxton and Andrew Minkus were both 7-1 in their respective weight classes.

CdM was ninth in the 14-team field that also included Newport Harbor (seventh) and Estancia (eighth).
