GARDEN GROVE — The Eagles No. 1 doubles team of Brooke Thomas and Serena Kao won twice before being subbed out in the nonlegue match Wednesday.

Kenia Lara and Aphisara Sirirungkvrai won two sets at No. 2 doubles for Estancia (2-4).

CORONA DEL MAR — Freshman Shelby Anderson swept in singles, 6-1, 6-1, 6-2, for the Sea Kings in the nonleague match Wednesday.

In doubles, seniors Maddie Hayward and Skylar Dapp swept, 6-1, 6-1, 6-1, for CdM (5-2). Freshman Siena Sharf won two sets with Sophia Chen and one set with Shea O Hill.

CdM plays in the CIF First Serve Tournament at Cypress College Saturday at 9 a.m.

NEWPORT BEACH — The Sea Kings' Amy Matsuoka was one of three to shoot four-over-par 39 and earn medalist honors in the Pacific Coast League match at Newport Beach Country Club Wednesday.

Karlie Moses (45), Emily Turner (46), Anne Kim (47) and Hannah Hogan (50) also scored for CdM (2-3, 1-1 in league).

COSTA MESA — Jacob Sperling scored two goals for the Eagles in the nonleague game Wednesday.

Hayden Swift had one goal for Estancia.
