Conlogue wins Outerknown Fiji Women’s Pro surf tournament

Sage Hill School alumna Courtney Conlogue won the Outerknown Fiji Women’s Pro surfing tournament on Sunday at Cloudbreak in Fiji.

Conlogue topped Hawaii’s Tatiana Weston-Webb in the final, earning the win in six-foot conditions with her final two wave scores of 4.07 and 4.67.

Conlogue, a 24-year-old Santa Ana native, earned her seventh career World Surf League Championship Tour win. It was her second of the season after also winning at Bells Beach.

Conlogue is now ranked fourth on the tour leaderboard, behind Australians Stephanie GIlmore, Sally Fitzgibbons and Tyler Wright. Wright is top-ranked and also the defending world champion.

The next stop on the World Surf League Women’s Championship Tour is the U.S. Open of Surfing, which begins July 31 in Huntington Beach.
