PUSS IN BOOTS

People all love to interact with the 8-month-old orange and white Puss In Boots at the Fashion Island pet adoption event, but he still has not been adopted like so many others during the recession.

Puss In Boots is very playful and curious but also loves being the center of attention and will climb on your lap to be petted.

Meet Puss In Boots along with his mom named Margery (a diluted Calico cat) this Saturday at Community Animal Network’s weekend adoption events sponsored by Russo’s Pet Experience, or call (949) 759-3646.

To help the grow-up cats find homes the network always makes mom cats and their offspring available for a special price.

Community Animal Network has a necessary goal of raising $10,000 by the end of the year to support the rest of this year’s vet medical needs and the cost of rescue.

Under the umbrella of C.A.N the network supports rescue animals with food and monthly flea treatments and other vet supplies that treat worms and ear mites. Spay and neuter is C.A.N.’s largest veterinary expense.
