Reservations due for Legacy Ball

Laguna Beach Seniors' fifth annual Legacy Ball honoring former City Manager Ken Frank will take place March 25 at Pelican Hill Resort in Newport Coast. There will be cocktails, dining and dancing and a silent auction featuring vintage donations and artwork worth $200 or more.
