Pet of The Week

When this handsome Boxer/Staffordshire mix arrived, he was an immediate hit with both volunteers and potential adopters. However, at 18 months old, he still needed to learn to control his playful puppy-like energy.

Recognizing Bub’s potential, a local trainer donated a week of obedience and socialization training. Bub proved a very good student!

He is housetrained, sits on command, enjoys playing with other dogs, and is even good with cats. He walks well on leash, especially if a Halti (pictured) type of collar is used to keep him on track. He loves running and being outdoors.

Bub would be a great addition to a family with another playful dog. He is healthy, neutered, and raring to go home.
