Hello, my name is Powder. I am a 5-month-old female Maltese mix. I was considered the ugly duckling at the shelter, but Gina says I’m absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. I am gentle mannered and affectionate, lively, playful and fearless despite my small size. I am fixed, micro-chipped and up to date on all my shots.
