Friends of the Libraries: How to MashUp your media

As public libraries direct more of their resources toward teens, a group of libraries across the nation has studied best practices in technology program implementation using rich media in a program called Media MashUp. The program also intends to provide direction for libraries in implementing organizational change to support this technology-rich youth programming because "literacy in the 21st century needs to address the need for a larger set of skills that involve technology skills, higher-level program solving, cooperative relationships and a global perspective."
