Ready to sail: A kickoff fiesta for the annual Newport to Ensenada Yacht Race will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Balboa Village, at Balboa Boulevard and Palm Street in Newport Beach. Enjoy family-friendly activities like face-painting, music and science exhibits. The first-ever Taste of Balboa also will be held during the kickoff event.
