Costa Mesa gets down to the arts with Dance Battle

Dancers popped, locked and ushered in a new program in the “City of the Arts” on Saturday during a dance contest at the first Costa Mesa ArtWalk + Dance Battle at Lions Park.

The day’s events also included art exhibitions, live music and a “silent disco” where people listened to DJ-spun music beamed into wireless headphones.
