LIVABLE COMMUNITIES

Rick Cole, the city manager of Azusa and previous mayor of

Pasadena, will give a talk endorsed by the Parking, Traffic, and

Circulation Committee. “Civilizing the Car: Connecting the Dots for

More Livable Communities” will provide critical information for

protecting Laguna’s small town village charm. This free event will
