Laguna Outreach Community Arts will hold a mosaics class taught by

Sherry Bullard as part of its weekly Art Escapes program.

Participants will learn about the necessary tools and techniques

needed to create a decorative mosaic art piece at 2 p.m. The class

THANKSGIVING MENU PLANNING

Laguna Culinary Arts will present a class titled “Southwestern

Thanksgiving.” Starting at 6 p.m., participants will prepare dishes

red chili and honey glazed turkey breast with ancho pan gravy and

caramelized nut tart. The class costs $65 per person, per class.

HABITAT RESTORATION

The Crystal Cove Resource Management Team will hold a volunteer

day to help with fall planting and habitat restoration. Volunteers

will help plant, weed, collect seeds and mulch from 9 a.m. to noon.

Participants should bring gloves and a drink and wear closed-toe

shoes. The group will meet the Pelican Point Parking lot 1. Turn

coastward at the Newport Coast stop light and turn right at the
