Area 1

Lower Cliff Drive: A person reported a man with his pants down in the 200 block at 12:40 a.m. July 13. A homeless man was arrested for resisting arrest.

North Coast Highway: Battery was reported in the 100 block at 5:10 p.m. July 12. A man reported that another man punched him in the stomach.

North Coast Highway: A Glendale woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 1400 block at 12:47 a.m. Saturday.

Area 2

Laguna Canyon Road: A drunk driver was reported in the 2900 block at 10:14 p.m. The driver was not drunk and could be a possible prank by the reporting person, the log said.

Area 3

Forest Avenue: A person reported that a parrot slammed into the shop’s window and died in the 300 block at 4:17 p.m. July 12. They reported the parrot’s death as a “possible suicide by window.”

South Coast Highway: A man was reportedly naked at Main Beach at 7:00 a.m. July 12. He was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

Broadway: A Dana Point man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 300 block at 3:03 p.m. Saturday.

Beach Street: A vehicle burglary was reported near Forest Avenue at 1:41 a.m. Sunday. The loss was estimated at $8,600.

Sleepy Hollow Lane: A person reported seeing a couple do “whippets” inside of their vehicle in the 600 block at 4:13 p.m. Sunday. The person reported that they had a baby in the car and was concerned.

South Coast Highway: A homeless woman was reportedly exposing her breast and fondling it in the 300 block at 4:02 p.m. Monday.

Park Avenue: An Ohio man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 600 block at 12:21 a.m. Tuesday.

Ocean Avenue: A Riverside man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 200 block at 1:03 a.m. Tuesday.

Starlit Drive: A hit and run was reported in the 1200 block at 4:52 p.m. July 12.

Catalina Street: A cab driver reported that a female threw up in his car and then got out and passed out in bushes near Mountain Road at 2:10 a.m. Saturday.

Skyline Drive: Skateboarders from Corona del Mar were reportedly skateboarding down the hill in the 1400 block at 11:07 a.m. Sunday.

Pearl Street: A Philadelphia man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:04 a.m. Wednesday.

Lagunita Drive: A burglary was reported in the 100 block at 4:52 p.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: A Phoenix woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 30900 block at 9:06 p.m. Monday.

South Coast Highway: A Dana Point woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI near Vista del Sol at 3:03 a.m. Tuesday.
