Boden to chair THINK Together board

Veteran business leader Eric Boden has been tapped as the new THINK Together board chairman, according to a news release.

Boden replaces two-year Chairwoman Fran Inman, senior vice president of Majestic Realty.

“I look forward to working closely with Eric as we seek to continue to scale both THINK Together’s size and impact,” founder and Chief Executive Randy Barth said the release.

Boden, who has been an executive for Irvine-based Hire Right, Frame-n-Lens, Target and Barnes & Noble, has belonged to THINK Together’s board and executive committee since 2011 and has served as a board member for GroundWork group OC. Boden has also belonged to the Dean’s Advisory Board and executive committee for the Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine.

“THINK Together deeply engages my passion around helping children reach their full potential — especially those who are disadvantaged and at-risk,” he said in the release. “[It] is making a proven difference in children’s lives by collaborating with schools to deliver innovative, quality out-of-school programs.
