Guests had an egg-cellent time Saturday during Egg-Citement, a popular annual Easter-themed community celebration at Costa Mesa’s Tanager Park.

The event, staged by local firm Torelli Realty, offered an assortment of activities to mark the holiday, including egg hunts, a petting zoo, arts and crafts, a bounce house and pony rides.

Children and their families also had the chance to take photos with springtime’s biggest star, the Easter Bunny.
