Share

The second annual National Hunger, Homeless Awareness and Food Drive will be held in Laguna Beach from Nov. 1 to 7. The goal of the weeklong food drive is to collect 50,000 pounds of food for the homeless. Collection bins will be at schools, shops, businesses and churches.

This year, artists and community members have been asked to create Hunger Bowls which will be sold to raise funds for the food drive.

Bowls have been created by artists using various materials including ceramics, metals and wood. VIP bowls have been decorated by members of the community and elected officials.
