Pet of the Week
Jester is a 7-year-old Chihuahua mix who remains resilient, despite adversity.
A stray with serious dental problems, he was relieved of discomfort when shelter volunteers contributed funds to extract 15 teeth. Jester rebounded successfully from these extractions and from leg surgery, performed by a veterinarian who donated his services. While this little trooper enjoys walks, he is equally happy as a lapdog.
Jester is well behaved around humans and canines, appears to be house-trained and is not a barker. Now healthy, he yearns for a role as a delightful “Jester” in your court! Jester’s adoption fees are discounted 25% all week when you mention this announcement at the Orange County Humane Society, 21632 Newland St., Huntington Beach.
