Jurassic Quest exhibition dino-soars into Costa Mesa
Crowds roared into Costa Mesa on Saturday for the second day of Jurassic Quest — a weekend-long, dinosaur-dominated exhibition at the OC Fair & Event Center.
Jurassic Quest provides an up-close look at more than 80 life-size animatronic dinosaurs — simultaneously thrilling and educating guests of all ages.
The latest prehistoric party also is a somewhat historic occasion, as this is the first time the traveling event has been staged in Costa Mesa, according to organizers.
Jurassic Quest continues Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the fairgrounds, 88 Fair Drive. General admission is $25, but discounts are available for senior citizens, police and military service members. Parking is $9.
