A Huntington Beach man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after his car struck another vehicle and a gas pump in Seal Beach, resulting in a fire and injuries to a gas station customer, police said.

The Seal Beach Police Department and the Orange County Fire Authority responded to a report of a traffic collision just before 11:30 p.m. Sunday at the Chevron station at 2950 Westminster Ave., said Seal Beach police spokesman Mike Henderson.

A customer who was pumping gas also was hit and was hospitalized for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said. No other serious injuries were reported, according to OCFA spokesman Tony Bommarito.
