It was a revolution in Huntington Beach’s Central Park on Saturday.

The city’s historical society presented a free reenactment event for enthusiasts of America’s Revolutionary War, including battle re-creations, artillery and sword demonstrations, an 18th-century embroidery class and “musick classics.”

The reenactment continues from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Central Park, 7111 Talbert Ave.
