SUV crashes into Fountain Valley rental car business

An SUV crashed into a Hertz rental car location on Newhope Street near Talbert Avenue in Fountain Valley on Friday afternoon, authorities said.

Fountain Valley fire officials responded to a shopping center at 18011 Newhope at about 12:35 p.m. after receiving a report that a white SUV had crashed into the rental agency.

It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the crash or whether anyone was injured.
