Dancers in multicolored headphones moved to tunes only they could hear Saturday night as the Segerstrom Center for the Arts hosted “Brilliance: A Night of Music and Light” at the outdoor Julianne and George Argyros Plaza.

The free event at the Costa Mesa venue included a silent disco, in which guests could choose their favorite music from among three disc jockeys. There also were interactive art exhibits and a light painting photo booth.
