South Coast Highway: At 12:17 a.m. a Las Vegas man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 200 block.

Heisler Park: At an unspecified time a Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

Forest Avenue: At an unspecified time a homeless man was cited on suspicion of camping and sleeping in the 200 block.

Main Beach: At an unspecified time a Laguna Beach man was issued a citation for drinking in public.
