The following is compiled from oral and written reports from the Laguna Beach Police Department and other sources from Sept. 5 to 11. Not all police activity is included. Arrests indicate suspicion of violations, not charges filed nor the results of court action unless noted. Incident times are indicated when known.

Cliff Drive: A San Juan Capistrano man was issued a citation for illegal use of a leaf blower in the 800 block.

South Coast Highway: A Santa Rosa man was arrested on suspicion of vandalism resulting in more than $400 worth of damage in the 600 block.

Aliso Beach: A vehicle was reported burglarized with a $550 loss at 1:54 p.m.

South Coast Highway: A laundry business was reported burglarized of $1 at 6:33 a.m. in the 700 block.

Divers Cove Beach: A San Diego man and a Texas man were issued citations for drinking in public.

San Tropez Court: A theft of $207 by misrepresentation was reported in the 100 block at 2:30 p.m.

Coast Highway: A Ladera Ranch man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Crown Valley Parkway.

Baja Street: A theft with a loss value of $9,850 was reported in the 900 block at 10:01 a.m.

Gaviota Drive: An arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia was made in the 700 block at 6:27 p.m.

Ocean Front: A vehicle was reported stolen at 8:54 a.m. in the 1200 block.

South Coast Highway: A burglary was reported at 3:35 p.m. in the 1500 block.

South Coast Highway: An Irvine man was arrested on suspicion of forgery in the 1500 block.

Park Avenue: A minor was reported to have marijuana on school grounds in the 900 block at 11:05 a.m.

Ramona Avenue: A grand theft totaling $680 was reported in the 600 block at 9:19 a.m.
