Forest Avenue: A homeless man was issued a citation for camping and sleeping in the 200 block.

Main Beach: Two Laguna Beach residents were issued citations for camping and sleeping on Main Beach.

Main Beach: A Laguna Beach man was issued a citation for having a fire on the beach.

Nyes Place: A Laguna Beach resident was issued a citation for speeding in the 400 block.

Forest Avenue: A homeless woman was issued a citation for camping and sleeping in the 200 block.

Nyes Place: Three people “” a Laguna Beach woman, an Anaheim man and a Mission Viejo woman “” were issued citations for speeding in the 400 block.

Broadway: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of reckless driving in the 300 block.

Calliope Street: A vehicle theft with a $155 loss was reported at Glenneyre Street.

El Paseo: A homeless man was issued a citation for drinking in public in the 300 block.

Catalina Street: A Long Beach man was arrested on suspicion of purse-snatching at 3:02 p.m. at Camino del Mar.

Ocean Avenue: A San Clemente man was issued a citation for drinking in public in the 200 block.

Park Avenue: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Third Street.

South Coast Highway: A Mission Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 500 block.

Cliff Drive: A Lake Forest man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at 2:36 a.m. in the 300 block.

Coast Highway: A Lake Elsinore woman was arrested on suspicion of narcotics possession at 3:47 p.m. in the 32000 block.

Dartmoor Street: A Laguna Beach man was issued a citation for not having a license for his dog in the 300 block.

Upper Rim Rock Road: A burglary with a $1,000 loss was reported at 3:05 p.m. in the 1800 block.

Wilson Street: Fraudulent use of access card information was reported at 3:16 p.m. in the 800 block.

Cliff Drive: A Costa Mesa woman was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property in the 100 block.

Coast Highway: A Utah man was issued a citation for being a pedestrian in traffic in the 100 block.

Forest Avenue: Stolen merchandise was reported at a clothing store in the 300 block at 5:43 p.m.

Main Beach: A Laguna Beach man was issued a citation for riding a bicycle on the sidewalk.

Main Beach: A Utah man was issued a citation for drinking in public.

South Coast Highway: A homeless man was issued a citation for camping and sleeping in the 400 block.

Monterey Street: A vehicle was reported burglarized with an $800 loss in the 31000 block at 5:41 p.m.

South Coast Highway: A Pomona woman was issued a citation for drinking in public in the 500 block.

South Coast Highway: $20 was reported taken from a coin machine in the 500 block.
