‘An Introduction to La La La Human Steps and Edouard Lock’

‘Money Matters’

‘Conversations on the Artistic Process’

The Claire Trevor School of the Arts at UC Irvine presents “Musical Composition as Experiment (and vice versa),” a free event in which various UCI academics will discuss their research. The event is from 5 to 6:15 p.m. in the Colloqium Room on the third floor of the UCI Contemporary Arts Center building.

PIMCO Chief at UCI

Mohamed A. El-Erian, chief executive and co-CIO of Pacific Investment Management Co., will give the inaugural UCI social sciences lecture at 6 p.m. in Pacific Ballroom C at the UCI Student Center. The event will be free and open to the public.
