Laguna Canyon Road: Found property was reported in the 20300 block at 11:16 a.m. on Friday. The caller found drug paraphernalia near his home. The caller said it was happening too often and wanted to speak with an officer.

AREA 3

Ocean Avenue: A disturbance was reported in the 200 block at 11:50 a.m. on Friday. The caller said a man in his 50s wearing a black hat was yelling and flipping out on a security guard at Wells Fargo. The caller reported the man was upset about his account.

Glenneyre Street: A disorderly person was reported in the 600 block at 3:02 a.m. on Saturday. The caller said a woman was outside yelling and banging on a door nearby. The woman had tried to get inside for 30 minutes.

Mermaid Street: Fraud was reported in the 300 block at 1:52 p.m. on Sunday. The caller said her son was hacking into her account and trying to extort money from her.

Ocean Avenue: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 300 block at 10:29 a.m. on Monday. The caller said his stereo was stolen out of his 1996 Jeep parked in front of his residence. The vehicle was unlocked, the caller reported. The loss was valued at $150.

Treetop Lane: A disturbance was reported in the 21500 block at 11:33 p.m. on Monday. A two-story party bus was blocking the caller’s driveway. The bus was occupied by people who were playing loud music, the caller said.

South Coast Highway: A loud party was reported in the 500 block at 2:03 a.m. on Tuesday. The caller said there was loud music and loud talking coming from people on a deck.

AREA 4

South Coast Highway: Petty theft was reported in the 1300 block at 10:46 a.m. on Friday. The caller said alcohol was purchased with a fraudulent credit card. The information was second hand from a police detective, the caller said.

Oak Street and Catalina Street: A disturbance was reported at 4:07 p.m. on Friday. The caller reported skateboarders making noise and causing a traffic hazard. The caller said there were six or seven kids involved.

Osgood Court: Grand theft was reported in the 300 block at 3:10 p.m. on Monday. The caller said two snowboards with bindings and two pairs of boots were stolen. The items were taken out of the caller’s unlocked vehicle. The loss was valued at $1,200.

Carmelita Street: A fight was reported in the 1800 block at 12:51 a.m. on Tuesday. The caller said her husband was in a three-on-one fight outside. Her husband went outside to confront people banging pots and pans.

Coast Highway: A disturbance was reported in the 31400 block at 10:33 p.m. on Friday. The caller said 30 people on the beach were playing drums to the full moon.

Virginia Way: Disorderly people were reported in the 32000 block at 12:04 a.m. on Tuesday. The caller said five or six juveniles were toilet-papering in the area.

Monterey Street: Shots fired were reported in the 31500 block at 12:10 a.m. on Tuesday. The caller heard one gunshot from the area of Coast Highway.

Coast Highway: A loud party was reported in the 31100 block at 12:53 a.m. on Tuesday. The caller said 20 to 30 underage people were drinking.
