Share

The Costa Mesa City Council is accepting applications for the board that advises the Senior Center.

There are three vacancies, each for two-year terms. Costa Mesa residency is not required to serve on the board, but city officials said “interest in the Costa Mesa Senior Center and being actively engaged in the community is necessary.”

The application deadline is 5 p.m. March 28.

Board members’ duties include fundraising. Each member must also be able donate at least $500 annually to the center.
